How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and usually arrive in 4–7 working days. Remote areas can take up to 10 working days.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, on most pin codes across India. Please choose COD only if you (or someone) will be available to receive the parcel. We may call or message you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

What if my product arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. Once approved, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Grooming tools touch your skin and hair, so for hygiene reasons we can't take back products that have been opened or used. If you're not sure a product is right for you, message us before ordering and we'll give you an honest answer.

Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Message us with your order number as soon as possible.
